Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of their account, workspace and Facebook/Meta connected data from Connect CRM.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to connectcrm@gmail.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request - Connect CRM”. Include your registered email address, business workspace name and phone number if available.

What Data Will Be Deleted

User profile and login account details
Business workspace data
Contacts uploaded by the user
Templates, campaigns and reports where deletion is allowed
Meta account connection tokens stored by Connect CRM

Timeline

We will acknowledge deletion requests within 7 working days and complete deletion within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law, fraud prevention, security, billing or dispute resolution.

Facebook/Meta App Data

If you connected your Meta or WhatsApp Business Account through Facebook login, you may also remove the app access from your Facebook settings. After removal, you can request deletion from Connect CRM using the email process above.
