Connect CRM uses Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform APIs only after the user authorizes the connection.

The platform may store identifiers such as WABA ID, phone number ID, template IDs and delivery event details required to operate the service.

Connect CRM is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Meta, Facebook or WhatsApp.

Users are responsible for uploading contacts only where they have lawful permission or opt-in to communicate through WhatsApp.

Users must not upload sensitive personal data unless they have legal basis and customer consent.

Users can delete contacts, campaign data or request workspace deletion by contacting support.

We do not sell personal data.

We may share required data with service providers such as hosting, database, email, analytics, payment and infrastructure providers only to operate the service.
