These Terms govern the use of Connect CRM, a WhatsApp API CRM product operated by AlphaRoot Technologies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Connect CRM, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

Connect CRM provides tools for WhatsApp Business API connection, contact management, template management, campaign broadcasting, delivery tracking and reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, maintaining lawful customer opt-in, using approved WhatsApp templates and complying with applicable laws and Meta/WhatsApp policies.

4. Prohibited Use

Users must not use the service for spam, illegal content, fraud, phishing, harassment, misleading claims, unauthorized messaging, prohibited goods or any activity that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

5. WhatsApp and Meta Policies

Users must comply with WhatsApp Business Platform policies, commerce policies, messaging limits, template rules and all applicable Meta platform requirements. Connect CRM is not responsible for Meta account restrictions caused by user misuse.

6. Payments and Subscription

Paid plans, billing cycles, taxes, upgrades, downgrades and usage limits may apply depending on the selected plan. Continued use of paid features may require active payment.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, policy violations, payment failure, security risk, unlawful use or actions that may harm the platform or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
